Join Huntersville Chamber members and citizens as we celebrate the grand opening of the Skybrook Apartment Homes with a ribbon cutting and open house! December 13th from 4-7 p.m. — with property tours, food and drink and even door prizes!
The holiday Huntersville Chamber member meeting will combine the November and December meetings on December 6th. City BBQ will host the meeting from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. with breakfast muffins and coffee.
As is tradition, there will be a holiday raffle and members are encouraged to be prepared to detail upcoming holiday specials so members can share to their respective customers.
North Carolina’s 12th Congressional District has been the home to many banks, textiles, department stores, small businesses, restaurant, farms and many more. With nearly one hundred plus constituents moving to our district daily, jobs have become more of a necessity than ever. U.S. Congresswoman Alma Adams’ staff is currently gathering a list of creditable employers who are offering living wages and have a great impact in our district.

The Community Career Fair will connect attendees with companies, and businesses that currently have jobs available. The goal is to impact unemployment by giving citizens access to information, jobs and a pathway to opportunity. We want to meet the unemployed with jobs with livable wages so that they may continue to take care and nurture their families.
For employers, there will also be a room available for career fair participants to conduct on site interviews.

Fall for Peru is Recovering Hope’s signature annual fundraising event of the year and will benefit the young survivors of sexual abuse at the Casa del Buen Trato Hovde shelter in Huanuco, Peru. Recovering Hope’s mission is for every resident at the shelter to receive the best possible care and be able to return to a safe home. Your donation helps fund vital legal, psychological and reintegration services at the shelter.
