Our vision is to empower children and adults alike to create, experience, and enjoy visual and performing arts by providing a flexible facility in our community to attract and serve a broad audience.

This vision will be a place for creativity, learning, entertainment and enjoyment.
The Cain Center for the Arts, a 501-c-3, operates as a true public-private partnership between the Town of Cornelius and the non-profit center. Executive Director Justin Dionne oversees the Center’s operations, and the strategic vision of the Center is driven by Board of Directors.
Additionally, there is an Advisory Board (non-voting) that works closely with the Board of Directors. The facility will be located in downtown Cornelius adjacent to the police station on a 1.85 acre parcel that was purchased by the Town.
